Dick Evans: Mr.
Evans is President/CEO of Proliance
Resource Group, LLC (PRG), which he co-founded
in October 2004 to assist advisory firms in broadening
their client offerings through strategic alliances
with “best of class” solution providers. Dick
has dedicated over 30 years to the insurance and
financial services industry with a focus on sales,
marketing and distribution management.
Mr. Evans provides clients and alliance partners his
expertise in strategic planning, operational planning,
distribution management, sales and marketing.
He has extensive experience in assessing and orchestrating
strategic alliances and outsourcing in the area
of human resources, corporate benefit plans, insurance
and financial services. In addition to involvement
with various industry association boards and committees
Dick has been a featured speaker on the topics
of alliance building, leveraging distribution
and business growth through partnering.
Dick received his B. S. in Marketing from Indiana University
and has achieved additional industry designations
including Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered
Financial Consultant, Fellow Life Management Institute,
and LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow.
Mr. Evans serves on the board of Summit Consolidated
Group, ResourceOne Administrators, and Hatcher
Garber and Boles, LLC. He is also a board member
of Sales and Marketing Executives, International
(SMEI) and is a lead partner for Dallas Social

Dale Young:
Mr. Young is co-founder and board chairman of
Proliance Resource Group, LLC. Mr. Young has over
30 years experience in the financial services
industry working with companies and high net worth
individuals. He is also active in politics and
supports initiatives that positively impact business
owners and businesses. Dale actively lobbies on
healthcare and other important issues in Washington,
D.C. and state legislatures. He is actively involved
in his industry and community and sits on several
boards and advisory councils.
Mr. Young brings expertise in helping identify
and partner with service providers, distribution
partners and other resource-rich entities for
the benefit of corporate clients-particularly
in the areas of human resources, employee benefits
and insurance.
Dale received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern
Oklahoma State University, majoring in political
science and accounting. He has also earned the
designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and
Chartered Financial Consultant from The American
College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Mr. Young
is also CEO of Summit Consolidated Group, and
he is currently board chairman for Southcrest
Hospital in Tulsa, OK and also on the boards of
ResourceOne Administrators, the Texas Association
of Business and he is a member of Southern Methodist
